Antonetta (Ricci) Ricci, 100, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 19, 2016. She was the wife of the late Armando A. Ricci. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Angela (Matteo) Ricci.
Mrs. Ricci worked for Rhode Island Hospital Central Transport for 31 years before retiring.
She is survived by her four children, Marlene Kelly and her husband Robert, Donald Ricci and his wife Gloria, Joan DeWolfe and her husband Robert and Thomas Ricci and his wife Rita; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by seven sisters.
Visitation will be held Thursday Morning June 23, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Raymond Church, 1240 North Main St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Ricci’s memory may be made to Elmhurst Extended Care Activities Fund, 50 Maude St., Providence, RI 02908.
