Anthony M. Lonardo

Lonardo, Anthony M. “TL”, 52, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 14, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Rita (Raposo) Lonardo. They were happily married for 30 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Edward and Marie (Gilchrist) Lonardo. Anthony was employed by the Episcopal Diocese for many years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Amanda Lonardo and her companion Christopher Strout, Anthony Lonardo Jr. and his companion Marissa Proffit and Andrew Lonardo; a sister, Eva Robidoux and her husband David; brothers, Edward Lonardo, John Lonardo and his wife Kathleen, Raymond Lonardo and his wife Michelle, Robert Lonardo, Stephen Lonardo and Joseph Lonardo and his wife Lorieann and sisters-in-law, Fatima Raposo and Candida DosSantos. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Anthony III and Jalynn Lonardo and Gavin and Ethan Strout.

His Funeral will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 10am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence.
