Anthony Altieri, III, 56, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of Phyllis (Macedonio) Altieri and the late Anthony Altieri, Jr.
Anthony had worked for the Talcraft Corporation of Warwick, a family business in which he fabricated rare and exotic wood findings. He also worked in another family business, Moped Rentals of Orlando, Florida.
Besides his mother, Anthony leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He was the brother of the late Alfred Altieri.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:45 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. VISITATION Tuesday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to your favorite charity.
