ANNE LANCELLOTTI (VALENTE) of Johnston, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Cherry Hill Manor. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Lancellotti. This Wednesday would have been their 48th wedding anniversary. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Paolo and Maria-Civita (D’Aguanno ) Valente.
Anne had worked as an office clerk for the former Gladdings Department Store. Besides her husband, she leaves a brother David Valente and his wife Gina; a sister-in- law, Celia Groccia and her husband Louis; three nephews, David J. Valente and his wife Susan, Thomas F. Valente and Louis Groccia; one great nephew and two great nieces.
Visitation Wednesday morning 8-9am at the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Blessed Sacrament Church, Academy Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 239 Regent Ave., Providence, RI 02908.
