Anna M. Shumchenia

Anna M. Shumchenia (Koslowski), 90, of North Providence, passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 at Golden Crest Nursing Centre. She was the wife of the late Alexander Shumchenia and the mother of the late Genevieve Testa. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Anna (Tucker) Koslowski.
Anna is survived by her two sons, Michael and John Shumchenia; four daughters, Mary Swider, Irene Corvese, Mildred Armstrong and Helena DeStefano; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late John, Mickey, Walter, Joe and Domenic Koslowski, Mildred Tereshka and Mary Koslowski.
Our dear mother will always be remembered in our hearts as a loving, easy going and care free soul.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Friday at 9:00 a.m. in Mary,
Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Burial will be Private. Visitation Respectfully Omitted.
