Anna Ciampanelli

ANNA CIAMPANELLI (MARTELLINI), 96, of Johnston, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 at Cra-Mar Meadows. She was the wife of the late Charles Ciampanelli. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Costantino and Vincenza ( DiConti) Martellini.

Mrs. Ciampanelli had worked for the Johnston School Department before retiring in 1989.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Ciampanelli and his wife Constance; a daughter, Donna Paolucci and her husband Fred; a sister, Rose Pascone and four grandchildren, David and Paul Ciampanelli and Matthew and Kyla Paolucci. She was the sister of the late Carrie DeCesare, Josephine Martellini and Etta Martellini.

Visitation will be held Wednesday Morning, October 22, 2014 from 8 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. at the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
