Ann M.Gabriele (Crugnale), 71, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Gabriele, Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth (Zannini) Crugnale.
Ann had been an Administrative Assistant at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and had previously served in that capacity for the Town of North Providence. She was also a past president of the North Providence Democratic Woman’s Club.
She leaves two sons, Frank Gabriele III and Anthony J. Gabriele; a sister, Marie Giardino and three grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Robert Crugnale.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9am, from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Visitation Sunday 4-7pm. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
