Ann D. Fallone

FALLONE, Ann D. Fallone (D’Arezzo), 89, of Providence, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of John A. “Tony” Fallone. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Lucio and Maria (Zompa) D’Arezzo.

Ann was employed as a jewelry worker for Mr. Joseph Inc. for 13 years and also for Lincoln Lace and Braid Inc., before retiring. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, an excellent cook and took pride in her housekeeping.

Besides her husband of 67 years, she leaves a daughter, Janice DiBiasio; two grandchildren, Gina and Christina DiBiasio; a sister, Marie Cantone and a sister-in-law, her “Special Angel”, Edie Martini. She was the sister of the late Albert, Adamo and Charlie D’Arezzo and Eva Steele..

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave., Providence. VISITATION Thursday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to American Lung Association of RI, 260 West Exchange St., Providence, RI 02903.
