Anita DiNitto, 73, of Johnston, passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 at Morgan Health Center. Born in S. Ambrogio Sul Garigliano, Italy, a daughter of the late Pietro and Maria C. (Broccoli) DiNitto, she had worked as a custodian for the Providence School Department.
Anita was the beloved sister of Domenico and Angelo DiNitto, Maria L’Europa and Antonietta Volpe and the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence Thursday morning 8:30am to 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Cross Church Memorial Fund, 18 King Philip St., Providence, RI 02909.
