Anita Beaumier

Anita Beaumier (Wilby), 87, of Johnston, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Beaumier. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Aldea (San Souci) Wilby.
Anita worked for General Electric Base Works as an inspector for 20 years before retiring.
She is survived by five sons, Ronald A. Beaumier and his wife Denise, Dennis J. Beaumier and his wife Carol, Edward T. Beaumier, Kenneth M. Beaumier and his wife Carol, Stephen A. Beaumier and his wife Carmella; a daughter, Janice M. Barnett and her husband James; two brothers, Norman and Langdon Wilby; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Arthur Wilby, Thomas “Mickey” Wilby and Edith Cluen.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 549 Plainfield St., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 146 Clifford St., Providence, RI 02903. maceroni.com
