Angela P. Giarrusso, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Pat and Louise (Martini) Giarrusso.
Angela had worked at Butler Hospital for 36 years before retiring.
Besides her parents, she leaves her brother, Lee Giarrusso; two sisters, Lu Damon and Rose Martella; two nieces, Melissa Dottor and Patricia Melucci; two great nephews, Chad and Cole Dottor; and her dog, Cody.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence. Burial will be private. Visitation Respectfully Omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
