Albert Vallarine

ALBERT VALLARINE, 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria (Pascone) Vallarine and the loving father of the late John Edward Vallarine. He was the companion of Jean Iannucci.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Giovanni and Antonetta (Monaco) Vallarine.

Mr. Vallarine was employed as a welder for IUOE Local 57 for many years before his retirement. He was a Merchant Marine Veteran serving during WWII.

He is survived by his loving children, Janet Martino, Albert W. Vallarine and Jo-Anne King; a sister, Lucy Shappy and a brother, Philip Vallarine. He is also survived by his cherished 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Vincent Vallarine, Ida Conte and Theresa Guarino.

A service will be held Friday, August 15, 2014 at 10am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Thursday, August 14th from 5pm to 8pm.
